Tungsten Carbide(Cemented carbide) is the most excellent seal face material supplied in the mechanical seal industry. It has High-polished, Great wear-resistance, extremely high toughness and corrosion-resistance. Lihe can provide Tungsten Carbide (cobalt bonded ) and Tungsten Carbide ( nickel bonded ).All the rings which outer diameter from 8mm to 400mm is doable.
Tungsten Carbide(Cemented carbide) parts with high hardness of the refractory metal carbides (WC, TiC) micron grade powder as main ingredients, with cobalt (Co) and nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as the binder, are sintering in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace of powder metallurgy products. With high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and a series of excellent properties, Tungsten Carbide(Cemented carbide) is widely used in different areas. Especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500 ℃ temperature basic remains the same, there are still very high hardness at 1000 ℃.
